Drexel Partners With Peacemaking Nonprofit to Potentially Create New Master's Program

Before long, Drexel University may give its engineers the knowledge to stop wars.
The West Philadelphia school partnered last month with PeaceTech Lab, a nonprofit entity of the U.S. Institute of Peace that develops technology to prevent violent global conflicts.
Drexel is PeaceTech Lab's first academic partner. It hopes to fully integrate the relationship into its curriculum by the 2016-17 academic year.
