Broadcasting Peace in Somalia.

PeaceTech Lab, together with partners at Media Ink, produced a radio series to educate local youth on how to build peace in Jubaland and Southwest states of Somalia, where young people are at heightened risk of radicalization by al-Shabaab and face daily challenges including unemployment and displacement. Called Hirka Nabadda (Peace Frequency), the fifteen-episode radio drama aired on four local stations in Baidoa and Kismayo in the Mai and Mahatiri dialects of the Somali language.
